Dances of vice and ecstasy. In the Berlin Twenties Anita Berber, the scandalous, drug-addicted naked dancer and actress, played an important part. Together with her dancing partner Sabstian Droste she created dances of vice, of horror and of ecstasy. She wrote dadaistic poems, and Otto Dix portrayed her as the red lady. Cocaine, morphium and alcohol destroyed her short life.
Scenic and dancing the life of the couple Anita Berber and Sebastian Droste is brought back to life. Musical direction and compositions by Dietrich Bartsch. Starring Sylvia Schmid, Francisco Sanchez and Dietrich Bartsch.
